Comprehensive Eye Exams

To ensure optimal vision and eye health, the Canadian Association of Optometry advises adults aged 20 to 64 to undergo an eye examination at least once every two years.

Pediatric Eye Exams

Infants are advised by the Canadian Association of Optometrists to undergo their first eye examination when they are between 6 and 9 months old.

Contact Lenses

Contact lens fittings and trainings can be arranged with an optometrist to ensure proper fit and safe use of contact lenses.
